Kindly complete the required fields below and SUBMIT your request to host a Funeral/Memorial service at Calvary. Upon receipt, someone will get back to you to discuss your selections and determinate Church availability. It is our honor to offer specialized services for deceased Calvary members and members of the community. All services are based upon the coordinated availability of the church facilities, support personnel, the clergy, and Pastoral approval.

$100 Cleaning Fee Deposit will be applied to all Calvary Church Service Rentals
Clergy All church services must include Pastor Mossett, or a minister approved by Pastor Mossett to conduct any service in Calvary's sanctuary. Pastor Mossett, a Calvary Associate Minister, or an assigned Deacon must be in attendance at all services with 200+ guests.

Calvary uses the services of DVR Productions as our exclusive provider of video/film/photography services at the church.
